What we collect

• Quote and quiz details — room dimensions, building type and the answers you give our sizing tool, so we can calculate and price a system for you.
• Contact details — name, email address, phone number and postcode, if you request a quote, ask a question, or book an installation.
• Installer details — for supply-only orders, the name, F-Gas certification number and contact details of the installer who will fit your equipment, which we may verify against the public REFCOM register.
• Payment information — processed directly by our payment provider; we never see or store your payment details ourselves.
• Usage data — standard analytics (pages viewed, approximate location from IP, device/browser type) collected via cookies — see our Cookie Policy.

How we use it

• To size, price and provide the air conditioning quote or order you’ve requested.
• To email you a copy of your quote, and to contact you about an order or enquiry.
• To verify installer F-Gas certification for supply-only orders, where applicable.
• To meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations.
• To understand how our website is used, so we can improve it.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for direct marketing without your consent.

Who we share it with

• Our payment and checkout provider, to process orders and payments.
• Our database and hosting providers, who store data on our behalf under contract.
• Our email delivery provider, to send you quotes and order confirmations.
• REFCOM, where we look up a supply-only installer’s F-Gas registration for verification purposes only.
• Regulators or law enforcement, where we’re legally required to.

How long we keep it

We keep quote and order records for as long as needed to meet our accounting and tax obligations (normally six years), and enquiry details for a reasonable period after your last contact with us, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:

• Ask us what personal data we hold about you, and get a copy of it.
• Ask us to correct inaccurate data, or delete data we no longer need.
• Object to, or ask us to restrict, certain processing.
• Withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on it.
• Complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) if you think we’ve mishandled your data.
